Responsibilities The Vines Hospital is currently recuriting for a Full Time Night Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator provides assistance to the clinical and nursing staff in the Admissions Department. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and supervision of all patients with psychiatric disorders or substance abuse issues in the intake area. This includes checking patients into the admissions area when they arrive, wanding them to ensure safety of all staff and other patients, inventorying their belongings, verifying insurance eligibility, entering information into MS4, and building charts. The Intake Coordinator will make and answer phone calls, file paperwork, and do other administrative work that is asked of them by the Admissions Director. The Intake Coordinator will be under the direct supervision of the Director of Admissions.
