Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA 2 years of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting 1 Year of supervising/leadership experience Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards. Responsibilities of RN Supervisor: Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided. Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels. Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff. Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.
