Three years of clinical experience in neonatal nursing care, at least one of which shall have been in a facility with an NICU that is equivalent to a Regional or Community NICU. Current certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing from a nationally recognized accrediting organization, i.e. the NCC; and Current successful completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program of the AAP and AHA.

We have many schedules available for this role, including weekends and nights. The pay range for this position is $34.00 - 36.00 per hour, depending on experience . This position also qualifies for $1.50 swing shift differential and $3.00 graveyard shift differential . The schedule for this position is 7am to 3:30pm, 5 days on, 2 days off. Sunday - Thursday. Position Summary The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for caring for patients in the ambulatory setting by assisting in the collection of subjective and objective data, recognize problems or abnormal conditions specific to the patient and perform a psychosocial assessment using active listening, verbal communication, and non-verbal communication. Your Role on the Team Position Summary The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for the design and implementation of education programs and professional development of nurses in their assigned nursing service; focused on clinical outcomes and practice development. The Surgical Technologist assumes responsibility and accountability for the preparation of operating rooms for surgery, using appropriate techniques, performs a variety of technical duties to assist patients with surgery, maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives and safety standards. The Surgical Tech is responsible for pulling cases completely and providing all equipment for the cases. Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and follows infection control policies. Maintains aseptic techniques, actively monitors situations which could lead to breaches in aseptic technique. Assists in maintaining correct count of instruments, sutures and sponges. Provides comfort and support for pre-operative patients by demonstrating sensitivity to patients care and privacy. Identifies and cares for specimens. Notifies appropriate personnel of equipment malfunctions and repairs as needed. Assists in clearing OR suites. May handle human blood and other potentially infectious and/or hazardous materials, harmful elements. Has the collaborative responsibility for the treatment and care of the patient from pediatrics through geriatrics. This position is supervised by the Technical Coordinator and reports to the Manager/Director of Perioperative Services. Requirements : Previous experience as a Surgical Technician Current BLS certification. Completion of course for surgical technicians preferred. Has full command of the English language (verbal and written). Possesses the physical abilities, including heavy lifting, and perceptive acuity (e.g., visual, hearing) to satisfactory perform assigned duties.
