Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 - An experienced Registered Nurse, who in addition to providing direct patient care as needed is accountable for facilitating an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, patient flow, staffing, resource utilization, and problem solving on a given shift. The Nursing Supervisor functions under the direction of the Sr. Director in collaboration with the Nurse Managers to create an environment conducive to maintaining established standards of practice. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 - Performing under the direction of the RN/LPN and as a member of the unit-based patient care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant performs duties of direct and indirect patient care.
