These include (but are not limited to): · Personal hygiene and grooming · Ambulation/Transfers · Prepare meals and snacks · Medication reminders · Incontinence care · Light housekeeping · Companionship · Transportation What we look for in a CNA/Home Health Aide · CNA certification or successfully complete a written Home Health Aide Competency and Skills Evaluation at orientation · Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of your clients and their families Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain. · Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work · Be able to pass a level 2 background check · Be able to pass a comprehensive drug screen · 18 years of age or older · Highschool diploma or GED · Senior care experience; either professionally or personally Working Environment as a CNA/Home Health Aide Primarily works in client’s place of residence, travel required.
