Coordinate physician communications and facilitate physician rounds. Initiate consultations and referrals as clinically indicated. Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. Quality & Compliance Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Support infection prevention and control initiatives. Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Administrative Responsibilities Complete clinical reports, evaluations, and documentation requirements. Assist with staffing coordination and clinical problem-solving. Participate in meetings and interdisciplinary care conferences. Qualifications Required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Georgia. Preferred Supervisory or management experience. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care experience. Job Requirements Our Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
