Job Description Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Full-Time | Iola, KS Join a growing clinic in Iola, Kansas as a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) . Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule (5x8s) with no weekends, no holidays , and a rotating call schedule . Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to new and established patients, including histories, physicals, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, and patient education. Collect and analyze health data, develop and implement care plans, coordinate care, and manage patient cases. Order and interpret diagnostic studies and prescribe treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations. Perform approved procedures consistent with training, experience, and collaborating physician agreements. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets quality and RVU productivity goals. Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams, utilizing critical thinking to identify when consultation is needed. Serve as a clinical resource and leader for clinic staff. Complete documentation, paperwork, and Inbasket messages accurately and efficiently. Participate in provider meetings, call coverage, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
