Here’s What You Need Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required - BSN preferred Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire BCLS – prior to providing independent patient care required ACLS – within 90 days required CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days of hire required 1 Year Experience as a registered nurse in acute care setting 2+ years of RN experience in ICU strongly preferred Charge nurse/preceptor experience preferred. What is Required? Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting. Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment Home Health experience is preferred, but not required. Current State license as a Registered Nurse. Ability to travel approximately 50% Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will report to the Branch Manager or Clinical Manager.
