Prepare instruments for transport to Sterile Processing by removing gross contamination and applying appropriate wetting techniques to support instrument reprocessing. Maintain an efficient surgical environment by restocking supplies, assisting with room turnover, updating surgeon preference cards, ordering approved floor stock medications, and utilizing downtime to support unit operations. Required qualifications Vocational/Technical - Completion of a surgical technology educational program accredited by a national accreditation organization that is approved by the Oregon Health Authority. Basic Life Support.
