Job Summary The Nuclear Medicine Technologist integrates scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information. Demonstrates understanding of human anatomy and physiology, chemistry, nuclear physics, mathematics and pharmacology. Administers radiopharmaceuticals and adjunctive medications to obtain diagnostic images and/or provides therapy as ordered by physician. Job Summary The Medical Assistant administers and performs triage and direct care to assigned patients under the direction and supervision of the RN/Nurse Manager. This includes functions such as height/weight and vital signs, updating medical records, as well as assisting the clinicians with exams as requested.
