How you make a difference The Nurse Practitioner Telehealth provides remote medical care to inmate patients through a telemedicine platform in collaboration with physician staff and onsite healthcare teams. This role conducts history and physical visits and sick call clinics using telehealth technology with support from onsite presenters. The position coordinates patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while following established policies and all applicable laws and regulations. How you make a difference This role will primarily support our Wisconsin and Minnesota sites. The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses. This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.
