Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team at our skilled nursing facility. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will be responsible for providing total nursing care to residents on the assigned unit during the shift, participating in developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining an environment that promotes residents' physical, social, and psychological well-being.
