Sunset Blvd in Las Vegas. This is a full-time position. Hours are M-F 8 A - 5 P. This position offers an incentive bonus structure with categories pertaining to visit volume and chronic condition recapture rate. The national target pay range for this role is $110,000-140,000 base salary with additional annual bonus structure. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
