Assist in the integration of physical and behavioral health in program. The LPN reports to the RN and or Nursing Leadership. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: In line with doctor’s orders, administer prescribed and/or routine medical treatments. Ensure that all internal policies regarding such administration and documentation are adhered to. • Assist with scheduling appointments and obtaining medical documentation prior to the client’s appointments. • Function as the liaison between external medical health care providers, schools, other community organizations and the facility with regards to the client’s medical needs.
