Perform scrub functions, such as selecting and handling instruments and supplies. Perform circulating functions, such as monitoring, recording and communicating patient conditions and managing the overall nursing care of patients before, during and after the procedure. Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments and surgical equipment for use.
