Job Description: Position Summary: M-F 8 am 5pm Elliot Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Concord provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pelvic disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, overactive bladder, fecal incontinence, vaginal fistula, urethral diverticula and other complex pelvic conditions. Clinical services include advanced office-based diagnostics such as urodynamic testing and cystoscopy; minimally invasive therapies including bladder Botox injections, urethral bulking, and neuromodulation therapy; as well as a full spectrum of reconstructive pelvic and continence surgeries including robotic assisted reconstructive surgical procedures. The practice delivers multidisciplinary, patient-centered care across outpatient, ambulatory surgery, and hospital settings, offering individualized treatment plans that restore function, improve quality of life, and provide women with access to highly specialized surgical and nonsurgical care. Key Responsibilities Performs visit chart preparation activities based on the daily scheduled appointments including diagnostic test results, emergency/urgent care reports, discharge summaries and consult/PCP reports are located in the medical record and accessible to the provider. Performs rooming activities for provider visits according to the documented rooming criteria including chief complaint, allergies, vital signs, medication list review, tobacco history, LMP, health maintenance overrides and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Obtains and documents age and/or condition-specific measurements accurately including vital signs, height, weight, head circumference, peak flow, and pulse oximetry. Performs and documents specific screening based on condition/need including depression and asthma. Obtains, documents and processes specimens using the appropriate collection process and equipment. Performs and documents point of care testing accurately. Processes medication prescription refills per guidelines using telephonic, electronic or print methods. Handles prior authorization processes for medications and/or procedures and documents appropriately. Manages clinical supplies and medication sample areas to ensure that stock is current, stored appropriately, labeled and par levels maintained. Education/Experience/Licensure MA I Education: HS Diploma or GED required and One of the following: Graduate from an accredited MA Program. Graduate from an MA Training Program with externship. 1 year of relevant healthcare experience with formal training (LNA, EMT, Combat Medic). 1 year prior experience as a Medical Assistant. Summary This Registered Nurse (RN) 2 job exists within a designated inpatient specialty area. Summary The Inpatient Nurse Care Manager, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients, incorporating the clinical, psychosocial, and family factors specific to the care and disease management plan. Communicates and manages the transitions of care and assists patient and family to navigate the health care systems. Recognize and intervene to secure resources necessary for the care and safety of the patient and family across the continuum of care. Overview The Circulating RN Works collaboratively with Surgical Team to ensure patient safety and positive patient outcomes. Monitor Surgical cases for continued sterility, and support surgical team from outside the sterile field. Thorough and complete intra-operative documentation, as well as case set up and preparation. Call schedule (after training is complete) for overbook and emergent cases only and at a small critical access hospital with two OR’s and one endoscopy suite. Variable days into evening M-F with no holiday or weekend regular hours.
