As a Homemaker/Companion, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by providing support and assistance with personal hygiene and household tasks. Your care and dedication will help them maintain their independence and stay comfortably in their own homes. Primary Responsibilities: Provide companionship through reading, talking, listening, and related activities Perform errands, transport clients, when necessary, within State guidelines Report unusual incidents or changes in client's behavior or home situation to Agency Director Perform homemaking services such as cleaning, light meal preparation, laundry, and other light cleaning duties You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
