(RN) Unit Manager Pay : $84,000 - $87,000 Shift : Days Core Schedule : Monday through Friday OVERVIEW: Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced RN Unit Managers to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Address inquiries and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally. Review Resident records & quality of care Maintain the standards of care for the unit Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Conduct case reviews and ensure individualized care plans are followed. Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies. Advocate for the unit's interests to upper management. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: A valid RN License is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care. A t least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role.
