Part-Time, 24 Hours/Week Day Shift, 7:30AM - 4PM Onsite Akron, OH Summary: Assumes accountability and overarching responsibility for the coordination and delivery of nursing care for patients across the continuum of interventional radiology procedures. Provides advanced clinical care in a high-acuity, dynamic procedural environment requiring independent clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and coordination of care among interdisciplinary team members. Delivers high-quality nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases, anticipating the needs of patients, families, providers, and care team members. 2. Performs comprehensive pre-procedure assessments and ensures patient readiness for interventional radiology procedures, including coordination of care, patient education, and procedural preparation. 3. Functions in procedural roles including circulating, monitoring, and procedural support during interventional radiology cases. 4. Cares for high-acuity and medically complex patients, including trauma, active bleeding, and emergent procedural needs. 6.
