In 2018, NRC opened the Medical Support Program and began providing high quality nursing and medical treatment for men with significant physical conditions and a variety of psychiatric, cognitive, and aging issues. The program provides activities designed to maintain optimal functioning while at the same time meeting the specific psychiatric care and safety needs of each patient. Additional Facility Differential Pay of $3.00/hour when working and additional shift differentials up to $2.50 paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts when working. Available Shift Options: 8-Hour Shifts Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. Evening Shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. 12-Hour Shifts Midday Shift: 10:45 a.m. – 11:15 p.m. Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. Overnight Shift: 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m. Scheduling Structure Our regular scheduling model offers consistency and predictability, including: Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts each week Every 3rd weekend rotation Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska. Other: Consideration will be given to applicants who will receive a degree / license within 90 days of application date. Candidates must obtain licensure prior to employment.
