Responsibilities At Cedar Hills Hospital, the Nurse Practitioner plays a vital role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care through sound professional judgment and clinical expertise. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of therapeutic interventions, working in close collaboration with attending physicians and a multidisciplinary treatment team. Care is delivered within a family-integrated model, supported by a dedicated pediatric transport team. Notably, this role does not require transport responsibilities. Scheduling is flexible and evolving, with 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shift options available to support work-life balance and team coverage. Scheduling & Practice Model This position is based in the Portland/Vancouver area and requires dual licensure in Oregon and Washington. NNPs rotate between both NICU sites, with frequency tailored to individual preferences while ensuring 24/7 coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
