We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name. Current Client Needs: Shorter 3-6 hour shifts available. Shorter shift can be stacked to make a full day if desired No overnight shifts available Example of stacked shift schedule: 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm; or 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm Clients are located on the Eastside (Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Fall City, Snoqualmie) must be willing to work in these areas Pay rate: $23.00-$23.50/hr Why Family Resource Home Care? Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
