CNA and HHA needed for Full Time and Part Time Hours HomeWell Care Services 9AM-9PM SHIFTS AVAILABLE IN PALM COAST $17 PER HOUR MUST BE CARING AND ABLE TO ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS WE OFFER SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OUR CLIENTS THAT FIT THEIR NEEDS Experience with Dementia Experience with ADL's and IADL's Experience with limited non weight bearing patients. Experience working with patients that has wound management Experience working with Super pubic catheters Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!! 2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred) Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up. Requirements: Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program. Experience in providing patient care preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices. Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.
