Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents. Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Qualifications for CNAs: Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required. Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment. Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
