Using hospital and regulatory standards of care, the CNA demonstrates sound judgment in the implementation and basic nursing assistant aspects of the trans-disciplinary care plan. In conjunction with the patient/family and with the direction of the RN, the CNA provides care based on the individualized patient care plan.
