Attends to nutritional needs of patient, which may include preparing meals and feeding patients. Performs range of motion exercises where appropriate under supervision of Physical Therapy. Checks schedule and calls patients to provide patients with arrival times. Reports any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and unusual incidents to licensed staff. Assists in orienting new employees. Demonstrates knowledge and competency in providing for age-specified needs of the population served. Demonstrates ability to perform skills on annual skills checklist. Completes and submits patient visit documentation.
