Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist required. Thoracic surgery experience required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
