An interdisciplinary team seeks to help residents maintain as much independence as possible for the longest amount of time. The team consists of attending physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists and psychologists, RNs and LPNs, social workers, chaplains, and physical, speech, occupational and recreational therapists. JOB SUMMARY Promotes and restores residents' health by completing the nursing process. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Provides physical and psychological support to residents\ and families. Delegates and evaluate care rendered by LPNs and CNAs to meet resident care needs.
