Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Master's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education preferred 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in specialty area/department required 2-4 years of experience in nursing education, staff development, or a related role required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong ability to develop and deliver effective educational programs. Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices and training methodologies. Proficiency in assessing learner needs and tailoring educational programs accordingly. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and mentorship skills. Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in using simulation-based training tools and technology. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to clinical education. Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
