Advocate for patients' rights, privacy, and dignity in every interaction. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Current Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification within 3 months of hire. NRP certification within 6 months of hire. Fetal monitoring certification and ACLS preferred. Previous labor and delivery experience strongly preferred. Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively, stay organized, and respond quickly in fast-paced situations. In conjunction with support staff, they are responsible to assemble the patient chart for the surgical procedure, ensuring completion of all ordered test, and to instruct the patient on fasting times, medications to be taken/held, and answer any questions the patient may have about the procedure/process.
