Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or a Professional Registered Nurse as per state regulations Minimum of two (2) years of Licensed Nurse experience required. Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a skilled nursing environment preferred. Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate appropriately. Demonstrated commitment to seniors and person-centered care. Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules as required by the community. Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and basic computer applications. Ability to respond to medical emergencies. Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious disease. Ability to lift or assist residents as required by care plans.
