The unit will be led by our experienced leadership team and staffed by skilled telemetry nurses who bring a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care. As CVTS launches and grows, nurses will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of cardiovascular care while benefiting from the stability, expertise, and support of an experienced team. CVTS nurses will care for patients with: Acute and chronic cardiac diagnoses, including heart failure, arrhythmias, chest pain, and myocardial infarction. Post-procedural patients from the Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. Patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring. Patients receiving non-titrated intravenous drips and ongoing medical management. What Youll Do: As a 12-hour bedside nurse, you will: Perform patient assessments and monitor cardiac rhythms. Administer medications and treatments, including non-titrated drips. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and ancillary teams. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge planning. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition. Participate in bedside handoff and interdisciplinary rounds to support continuity of care What qualifications you will need: Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. Position: Travel - Advanced Practice Provider The Monogram Advanced Practice Provider is a Nurse Practitioner is a critical role that provides access to comprehensive care to underserved patients within their assigned territory.
