As the Regional Home Health Quality and Patient Experience Coordinator, you will report to the Home Health Quality and Patient Experience Zone Manager and be responsible for facilitating overall agency quality improvement and outcome performance. Responsibilities Registered Nurse- PRN- Behavioral Health Horizon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Abbeville General Hospital in Abbeville, LA. This is a 16 bed inpatient psychiatric unit treating ages 18+. A registered psychiatric nurse (RN) executes comprehensive nursing care activities.
