Ensure that your assigned certified nursing assistants (C.N.A.’s) are aware of the resident care plans. Ensure that the C.N.A.’s refer to the resident’scare plan prior to administering daily care to the resident.Make a written and oral report/recommendation concerning the activities of you shift as required.Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
