Reporting directly to the Administrator or Executive Director, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on hospice care to patients and families in their homes, assisted living, or facility settings. We are looking for an LPN to join our occupational health team! The current schedule for this position is 7 am- 4 pm Monday-Friday. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus What You'll Do: Ensures all patient paperwork and records are reviewed and processed correctly and timely to expedite patient care; processes all required forms and medical records and utilizes software systems to input data and statistics for electronic management of patient and claims; responsible for patient claims processing and management; ensures physician and clinical team are kept informed of all patient care and claim updates.
