LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements: Currently holds an active LPN license to work in Ohio CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted) Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility Strong patient assessment skills Ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated clinical competency Reliable Transportation to worksite location Flagstar LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks: Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
