Job Description : Job Summary Responsible for delivering patient care and supporting clinical outcomes within a multidisciplinary ambulatory team. Performs trained clinical tasks such as starting IVs, providing wound care, and monitoring patient conditions. Communicates changes or abnormalities to registered nurses or licensed independent practitioners. Ensures patient satisfaction and contributes to a safe, patient-centered care environment.
