As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will: • Completes documentation requirements on patient visits to ensure timely accurate billing • Contributes to the patient’s physical and environmental assessment • Makes appropriate interventions to provide for safe and effective care • Collaborates with RN case manager and other team members to maximize effectiveness of patient care plan • Collaborates with managers and schedulers to maintain adequate productivity levels • Maintains accurate load sheet to facilitate agency knowledge of visiting capacity • Explores service needs, provide care consistent with AHC mission and values Qualifications include: • Valid LPN license in Maryland • Minimum of three years’ experience in Med/Surg nursing in a supervisory setting within the past five years (Two years must be under the supervision of an RN) • Valid Driver’s License with agency insurance requirements • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work Schedule: • Employment Type: Full-time • Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week • Typical Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Friday • Shift Type: Days • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend rotation • Holiday Requirements: Required/Follow company holiday calendar Pay Range: $25.63 - $35.89 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
