The Clinical Practice Specialty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing support and coordinates with the analysis of patient needs in clinical setting. Working under close supervision, this role assists with documenting patient information, processing recommendations, and handling various administrative tasks to assist in delivering quality patient care. The LPN applies nursing knowledge to ensure effective patient care and positive outcomes. Assists with implementing prescribed medical interventions and treatments to ensure strict adherence to protocols and promote patient safety. Administers medications and treatments, follows established protocols and guidelines to ensure accurate documentation and patient safety. Protects patient confidentiality by ensuring that health information and records are communicated with consistency with the appropriate standards, laws, and company policies.
