Position Highlights at a Glance: Caseload: ~7 patients Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) ✔️ What You’ll Need: LPN License ( State of Ohio) CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus) Ready to make a difference—and love where you work? Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift: A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
