Understand and adhere to the agency’s process for managing and addressing customer complaints. Maintain acute awareness of patient rights, ensuring these rights are upheld in accordance with the agency’s service agreements and admission policies. Understand the agency’s policies regarding appropriate patient discharge and reasons for discharge. Qualifications Must have a current LPN or LVN license (state-specific). Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Valid BLS certification. Minimum one year of nursing experience (home health or medical/surgical preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle. Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible. Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.
