This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring highquality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting a collaborative interdisciplinary care model. The Unit Nurse Manager plays a critical role in resident outcomes by coordinating care, responding to changes in condition, mentoring staff, and ensuring accurate documentation and survey readiness.
