Develops annual region/market goals and practice management plans, working with the Triad to monitor progress and continuously improve region/market performance. Provides direction to ensure all clinical, financial, and administrative client and corporate metrics are captured and reported timely and accurately. Ensures implementation of Crossover’s standards of care and operations workflows throughout the region/region. Ensures the region/market is operating in compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards. Partners with Triad, operations, and key stakeholders to develop and implement new lines of service. Partners with Triad to develop and manage clinic financials, including budget expense tracking and patient co-pay collections.
