Complete medication administration documentation as outlined in policies and procedures. Order medications and supplies as needed. Report problems or errors to Clinical Wellness Manager. Accurately record and report incidents, errors, or accidents in appropriate documents on the eMAR system. Observe and report changes in the resident’s physical condition and cognitive/emotional status Clinical Wellness Manager as needed. Document changes in progress notes as outlined in procedures. Take resident vital signs as directed by Clinical Wellness Manager. Assist residents, as necessary, with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as outlined in their Board and Care Plan (bathing, dressing, etc.) Respond to and act appropriately in emergency or disaster situations. Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from the supervisor. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. QMAP or MedTech certification is required. Experience working with seniors. Job Description We are seeking talented and team-oriented Qmap to join our Balfour – Louisville community . We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus. Pay: $22-$25/hr ($1.50 evening differential rate added after 6:30pm!) **3+ years of experience preferred** Full-Time | Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday 2:30pm-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-2:30pm and Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-10:30pm What will I do every day? Assist residents with simple requests as needed Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities Provide companionship and develop strong resident relations Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures Document care provided to residents consistent Provide input to assure that resident individual service plans are current Review 24 hour report and care check lists regularly Pass medications What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player High school education or GED equivalent preferred Special Requirements/Certifications I may need? First Aid certification and CPR, if required Must meet state training requirements and/or certifications 3+ years of experience in senior living is preferred QMAP certification is preferred What’s in it for me?
