As a PMHNP, you will provide comprehensive care and consultation as a primary mental health care provider at an advanced practice level to children and their families through assessment, communication, clinical management, collaboration, coordination, education, program development, research, self-evaluation, professional development and system participation. PMHNPs will also provide a full range of services from mental health promotion to mental illness rehabilitation. We're looking for nurse practitioners in the Auburn, AL-Columbus, GA area to lead longevity days at our partner senior living communities. Each day opens with a short educational talk for residents on healthy aging, using a presentation and speaker notes we provide. You then see the residents who sign up for one-on-one longevity visits. You'll be trained and supported by our Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified geriatrician who designed the program's clinical content. Your first site day is run alongside a member of our team.
