Provide psychiatric and substance abuse evaluations of individuals at the Respite site. Provide clinical oversight of work performed at the respite program, including participation in an on-call rotation. Work with clients in a collaborative manner to develop assessments, Individualized Action Plans (IAPs), Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), crisis plans, relapse plans, and other items needed to support their stay at the program. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of managed care and health insurance systems. Provide information on treatment and referral services. Maintain linkages with specific community services by providing documented case consultations and problem resolution. Provide transportation to appointments and other community integration opportunities. Ensure the program site is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
