Job Details ChristianaCare is recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Employee Health team. This is a fulltime Monday-Friday position at our Newark campus. There are no weekend or holiday commitment. On call requirement 7- 8 days per month (on call is overnight taken from home). Principal Duties and Responsibilities Performs pre-employment physical examinations to determine applicant’s suitability for employment. Performs annual physicals and physicals for employees returning to work after an extended illness. Examines employees who sustain non-emergency injuries while working and refers them for follow-up treatment. Assists with monitoring of workers’ compensation cases to ensure that employees are promptly treated and returned to work at the earliest possible time. Works closely with Infectious and Safety Committee to ensure programs are in place to minimize the spread of infectious diseases and the existence of unsafe working conditions. Assists with development of a wellness component of Employee Health including an employee education program. Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Details ChristianaCare is currently seeking full-time Nurse Practitioner candidates to join our Emergency Medicine team providing care at ChristianaCare’s four state-of-the-art Emergency Departments in Delaware and Maryland. Emergency Medicine NPs will provide exceptional care to patients in our four ED locations. Full time NP opportunities available; 32 hours per week, 1,504 minimum work hours per year. All certifications must be current. Must have at least 3000 hours of emergency medicine (EM) APRN experience and demonstrate ENP competencies of physician assessment, differential diagnosis, and overall management that is unique to this population. Maintain relevant state medical licenses Demonstrated excellence in patient care Member in good standing of relevant ChristianaCare Medical/Dental Staff Licensure for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Register Nurse as set forth by the Delaware and Maryland Board of Nursing ACLS ATLS preferred #LI-JC1 Annual Compensation Range $125,361.00 - $161,327.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
