Responsibilities Essential Functions• Assesses patient’s needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care based on patient needs and responses. ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas. NRP required for Neonatal Intensive care Unit(NICU).

Job Description The practice of nursing requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide care to groups and individuals.
