Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, supplies, and other day-to-day office tasks. What we’re looking for At least two years of hands-on caregiving experience preferred. Willingness and ability to provide direct personal care and cover shifts when needed. Dependability, sound judgment, and a calm approach when plans change. Strong organization and follow-through, including attention to confidential records. Clear, friendly communication and the ability to coach others respectfully. Comfort using email, Microsoft Office, electronic records, and scheduling software. Reliable transportation for local client visits; a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if driving for work. Ability to meet applicable California Home Care Aide registration, background clearance, TB clearance, and training requirements before providing client care.
