Up to 10 beds on the unit can be utilized for the care of stable pediatric patients requiring mechanical ventilation. A two (2) year commitment with a minimum of 30 hours/week (0.75 FTR) is required for candidates hired through the internship program. Education will be provided in a group and unit-based settings.
